Midget (U15-U18) Pmt Portal
Midget Split Season Travel hockey is for players with the birth years of 2006 through 2010. Tryouts for Midget U15-U18 Travel are held in April. We field teams at the U15, U15 American, U16 Tier 2 (national bound), U16 American, U18 Tier 2 (national bound) and U18 American levels.

Cost
Midget Split Season Travel Tuition: 2,250.00
Included: Full & half ice practice ice, league fees, game fees, referee fees, practice jersey, skills sessions, goalie training, pre-season conditioning ice, summer skills ice, Bauer helmet (new travel or new players to CCYHA) and state tournament fees, plus 2 tournaments.
Practices
Practices are held twice per week. Midget teams practice full ice on Tuesdays. Split ice skills sessions are held on Thursdays. Full season schedule will be posted by July 15, 2024
Games
Midget Split Season Travel Teams will mostly play 2 games per weekend throughout the season. National bound teams must play a minimum of 20 games.

Uniform Fittings:

Saturday April 20 from 9:00am to 12:00pm
Sunday April 28 from 9:00am to 12:00pm
CCYHA MIDGET TEAMS WEAR A DIFFERENT UNIFORM THAN YOUTH TEAMS. ALL NEW MIDGET PLAYERS WILL NEED A NEW UNIFORM.
Please bring your shoulder pads and pants to the fitting so we could accurately fit the jersey and shells.
At this time, new players will select their numbers.
We will once again be supplying our travel team skaters with the Bauer Reakt helmet (free of charge). Any new player to the program or new travel player in their first year, who did not receive a helmet in previous years, will be getting fitted for a helmet.
Please bring a check (made out to CCYHA), cash or credit card for uniforms.
The costs for the uniforms are:
Red Game Jersey: $80.00
Red Game Socks: $30.00
Shell: $50.00
Helmet: Free of charge
Hamden Sports will be on hand both days taking apparel orders as well as warm up suit fittings for anyone who would like to purchase one.
Tournaments
2 tournaments are included in the tuition. Historically we have participated in:
Beast Series Bulldogs Showcase - CT Rinks - late September
Beast Series Columbus Showcase - Boston, MA Rinks - early October

Summer Skills & 3v3
CCYHA will once again be offering free skills sessions weekly in the summer. These sessions will be set up with 20 minutes of skills then 40 minutes of 3v3. Schedule will be posted on the master schedule
